OT: My friend is dying (a lil long)
I remember your last post about him and believe it or not, he has ran through my mind off and on since then (don't ask me why) but when it happens, I found myself lifting him in prayer, but knowing that Gods got this. Whatever happens, God has this. I have watched miraculous healing (almost ex-husband last year of cancer) and watched God heal someone slowly over time (my daughter over the last 5 years) and I know that there is nothing too big for God. I have also said goodbye to a friend last year who passed after having WLS and I knew then, like I know now..that God is sovereign. He does not check with us on the decisions He makes but hears our prayers and petitions for ourselves and those we love always.
I am happy you know him and have had such a rich and beautiful friendship with him because that kind of real friendship is rare, precious and should be forever cherished. You have been blessed for sure and I know he has been as well by knowing you.
So I will continue to pray for him and believe that Gods got this..and I will be lifting you in prayer too. Knowing that Gods grace is sufficient.

((((Trina))))) I remember reading your post about him a while ago and always wondered how he was doing. I know you are hurting but you have such funny and wonderful memories that will stay with you forever. God won't put more on you than you can bear so just continue to be that great friend and I will lift you both up in my prayers.
I am truely sorry about your friend. Sounds like a really class act of a person. He is lifted up in prayer and so are you.
God is good all the time!!
